Delete your Curtify account
You can request permanent deletion of your Curtify account and the data associated with it at any time.
Send your request
Email us from the address used for your Curtify account. Use the subject “Delete my Curtify account” so we can verify and process it quickly.

- Your Curtify account and profile.
- Your sessions, transcripts, AI conversations, vehicle data, photos, documents, tasks, and reports.
- Your personal workspace data and other data associated with your account.
What may be retained
Payment and transaction records may be retained where required by tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or other legal obligations. Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before permanent removal.
What happens next
We may ask you to verify ownership of the account. We will confirm receipt and complete valid requests within 30 days unless applicable law requires a different period.
